The MK (Maskirovochniy Kombinezon) was a one piece coverall and the MKK (Maskirovochniy Kamuflirovanniy Kostum) was a two piece suit. It came in various colour schemes for the relevant seasons and in two different cuts. In 1938 a new type pattern suit was issued, distinguished by its large splotches, or the "amoeba" pattern as it has became to be known. One example also had sponges painted to look like foliage glued all over the suit. By 1927 three basic types of suits were in use, consisting of large hooded smocks and trousers in green/brown colours to reflect seasonal change. The Soviet Union and the Red Army were early exponents of camouflage clothing and as early as 1919 had initiated research and development and also established a school for instruction on camouflages methods, or as 'masking' as it was referred by the Soviets. It was favoured in lieu of the greatcoat as it increased mobility in combat, particularly when fighting in urban built up areas. ![]() However, the M1943 jacket was commonly seen worn in the field with shoulder boards by senior NCOs and Officers. The M1943 jacket had a short stand up collar with a half belt and adjustment buckle on the back. Both pattern jackets had an external pocket on each hip and a single internal pocket on the left breast. This pattern was only issued during 1941-42. The early pattern M1941,had a fall collar similar to the M1935 gimnastiorka and with two belt loops on the rear of the jacket. During the war two types of Telogreika (padded jacket) were in use, namely M1941 and M1943, which were similar in appearance. In 1935 the Vatniks were improved with higher quality production standards. The Vatniks comprised of a quilted jacket (Vatnaya Telogreika) and quilted breeches (Vatnaya Sharovary), which was introduced into service by the end of 1932. The Vatniks winter uniform was approved by the Committee for Standardization of the USSR NKLP on October 8th, 1932. ![]() Schapka ushanka (шапка ушанка) in Russian literally means " ear flap hat", from the word "уши" meaning ears. That's why we've done the research for you to find the best wireless presentation clicker available. With so many models on the market, it can be overwhelming to choose the right one. There have been various copies of the original Logitec remote that have appeared since (eg the August presenter for sale here on Amazon) but they are a cheap copies – mine broke quickly.Whether you're presenting in a boardroom, classroom, or conference hall, a reliable presentation remote can be a lifesaver. The original Logitec remotes are still round but there price has gone up because they are hard to find and in limited supply, here’s one at for $250!!! Unfortunately Logitec discontinued this model and replaced it with the Logitec 400R which was a dud ( you cead my negative review here). My previous favourite was the Logitec wireless remote you can read this article for why I liked it. What features are missing compared with the first version Logitec:įor $29 though, it’s hard to beat! About the Logitec remote. The second model is a nice shape but feels cheaper. The first model feels good quality but it’s not as comfortable to hold as the old Logitec. The second more ergonomic version does have a good click in the buttons. On the first model the forward and back buttons don’t have as firm a ‘click’ as the old Logitec, but there is enough of bump when you press it that it feels and sounds like it’s been pressed. Both shapes have an option to purchase with a flash drive built in to the receiver. The USB receiver stows away in the transmitter. It has a button to ‘blank’ and ‘unblank’ the screen.(This was one of the worst ‘features’ of the Logitec!). It doesn’t have a button that quits out of your Keynote or Powerpoint presentation with no way of getting back into it. ![]() Model 2: $59 with 2G RAM from Amazon(USA) or Officeworks (Australia) Kensington vs Logitec remote. Model 1: $35 presenter from Amazon or $49 from the Apple store or $29 from Officeworks (Australia) It also comes in two models, one with 2G RAM built into the receiver. But the buttons with their fake plastic chrome feel flimsy, especially the on/off button which is so small you can hardly find it. This is the more expensive model that comes with a green pointer, a classy zip up protective bag, and the shape is nicer to hold than the model above. ![]() It has a red pointer and comes in two models, one with 1G RAM built into the receiver. The first is this shape:Įven though this one is the lowest price of the two shapes, to me it feels like it’s a better build. The Kensington Remote comes in two shapes. It appeared in our local Office works store recently for just $29, and it’s on par with the old Logitec remote. ![]() ![]() Despite institutional and cultural barriers, women are achieving greater seniority and leadership across the services. Updating this model to become more agile is not just critical for supporting talent management across the force, but also is essential for creating inroads and support for women in combat arms billets, where women are still a significant minority.ĭebate over women serving in combat roles has existed as long as there has been a military, with incremental progress throughout the history of the all-volunteer force. An industrial-age model leaves much to be desired for dual-professional couples as well as those service members who want to have families. Such a model is built into how the military conceives of its personnel, from the language embedded in parental leave policies that assumes a woman is the primary caregiver to the names of base support and spouse groups. The military personnel model has traditionally been premised around a young male force supported by stay-at-home spouses. But why should I waste your time naming all these competitors popping out of nowhere in record time just to jump on the same bandwagon and benefit from the zero-waste laundry detergent sheets wave? I feel you only need to know about the two, perhaps three, best options out there. You may have heard of brands like Dropps, Space White, and more. This means it does use something that contributes further to using fossil fuels but then again it is also a byproduct of the industry and it wasn’t clear whether this by-product would otherwise go to waste. But if you read into the fingerprint you will find that Earth Breeze contains polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol, which is a water-soluble petroleum byproduct. Oh, and here is my daughter with the Earth Breeze Bag: The biggest difference I could find is in the ingredients list.Įarth Breeze has four more ingredients than Tru Earth which brings it to 8 ingredients vs 12, no big deal here. Tru Earth and Earth Breeze are different companies addressing the same problem. Both offer free shipping and both smell good.īuy Tru Earth Here Is True Earth and Earth Breeze the same? They reduce the amount of plastic packaging, they have strong cleaning power for such small stripes, they both save space in your laundry cupboard, and you can even travel with them (Guilty of that). Nevertheless, we used both products, and both did the trick. The last point is probably why Tru Earth has to charge more since Earth Breeze is manufacturing their product overseas. While Earth Breeze makes ten donations on every purchase with True Earth, you have to sign up first before they take action. Secondly, their give-back efforts are present but not as good as their direct competitor. So the price is the biggest reason Tru Earth does not sit in the first spot in this rundown of the best laundry products. But hey, look at Mcdonald’s and BurgerKing both have fans too. Even the layout of the website is pretty similar. Tru earth eco strips are very similar to Earth Breeze, and if you look at their website, you might think that one is copying the other. If you feel like you need more information, I did a detailed review of the earth breeze laundry sheets here. You can probably tell by now that I am a fanboy of Earth Breeze and can only highly recommend them. Not to forget the dishwasher tablets they make. Now I am no professional cleaner but for what I do in the house it worked well. If you only do small loads, you can simply just half a sheet. You can use the sheets in hot or cold water, and they will perform just fine. It is safe to use on sensitive skin since it contains no harmful chemicals. Earth Breeze is cruelty-free, vegan, and carbon neutral, which means they donate money to offset the entire supply chain and shipping. They come in zero waste packaging and give back through their buy one give ten program.
